obviously he lied as hes been on vacation during most of the crisis,truth is he is an habitual liar and is only looking to blame someone not help the situation
because he is hoping he and his regime will stay in office for a very long time so they say they are in the process of fixing it so they can stay in office longer- hence the vacation- we must be making too much progress
