Should it be harsh like Castration or something along the lines of long prison sentences etc
Castration and second class citizens, I was raped when I was three.
I think it should be Long Prison Sentences, Castration, and maybe even being Raped themselves.

A long Prison Sentence. I think th idea of mutilating the rapist is wrong, and killing him/her would be worse than what they did.
