If th chain of custody form was not signed when evidence was taken to be tested would that evidence be inadmis?

Maybe, maybe not, depending on the circumstances.





But it would definitely be suspicious and a good defense attorney could probably cast enough doubt on it that the evidence would be dismissed by the jury.
