Because that's one of the primary jobs of the Government -- safety.

Unless you're talking about drones, you have no case -- and even with them your claim is baseless b/c it would require counts of treason for U.S. soldiers to attack U.S. citizens at the direction of the government.

The answer will be easily found in the US Constitution. One of the few areas of responsibility given to the Federal government is national defense. It seems foolish to strip them of that function and let them continue performing unconstitutional functions..




Because Conservatives believe in the constitution, and national defense is contained in the constitution.





Had you read the constitution at one point in your life, you may already know this.




You are assuming the military would support the socialist against American citizens...





Hopefully the military is made up mostly of conservatives...
